The Details

Listings are created on your personal Vinted account
All items remain in your home, we do not store or ship them
You (or your in-house staff) are responsible for accepting offers and posting sold items
All revenue from sales is yours; we do not take commission
Support and pricing guidance included, with optional aftercare available
Travel is charged per mile from our Worthing base (if location exceeds 10 miles)

As an accredited professional organiser service , we also offer a complete Wardrobe Detox Service, a calm, considered process to help you decide what to keep, what to let go of, and what holds value for resale.

The Wardrobe

All items selected for listing remain within the client’s home. We visit in person to steam, photograph, and list each piece on the client’s own Vinted account, ensuring a seamless experience.

Should any items be chosen for donation, we can arrange collection and drop-off to a local charity, available as an additional service following the session.

This is a listing service. We offer thoughtful guidance on pricing, informed by experience and research, while ensuring all final decisions remain in our clients hands.

Once listings are live, clients or in-house staff manage communication and postage directly. To make this transition seamless, we craft clear, detailed descriptions to help minimise buyer queries. We can also assist in adjusting courier options to suit your preferences. Shipping bags are available upon request (additional charge).

Please note that while sales cannot be guaranteed, clear photography, considered descriptions, and well-informed pricing significantly enhance the likelihood of success. Clients are also provided with a tailored aftercare sheet, offering tips to support sales in the weeks following listing.

Payment is taken in advance, as the service, steaming, photographing, and listing, is carried out at the beginning of the process. The fee reflects the time, attention, and expertise invested in preparing each item for sale, rather than the results of individual listings.
